so after a week/weekend of eating a lot of crap, I'm feeling like super duper healthy, to cleanse me out, and get back onto my usual routine of healthy eating.
whipped these up for my mother-in-law and I today for lunch...made up the recipe on the fly, and they turned out totally delicious ;o)
tuna lettuce wraps:
low fat mayo/dill/pepper in the tuna, topped with green onions, shredded carrot, diced yellow bell pepper and goat cheese crumbles.
