a few gifts for special folks...

this one is for my boss...she loves big bold silver pieces

i adore this unusual pink/white/black druzy ocean jasper...i wanted to keep it for myself...but that would be quite selfish of me during the season of giving, wouldn't it ;o>

and this one is for my mother in law

she pretty much only wears mexican/indian/aztec/etc inspired pieces, and my husband helped me design this one especially for her!

my favorite part is the cute little feathers....what a pain to cut out! i have 2 cuts on my middle finger from where the saw blade slipped ;o(

oh the joys of the metal trade...wouldn't give it up for the world!!!!!

so i've been experimenting with natural light, and i'm quite pleased with the results vs. my homemade light box! i must say, i've worked very hard trying to perfect my light box, as the only chances i have to take photos in natural light is on the weekends...but i just can't get rid of the yucky yellowish lighting.

this petite and graceful pink opal necklace was just completed for a custom order, now i must zip to the shipping office so that it will reach her by Christmas!!! a lovely lady named Jennifer's gift to her mother Grace ;o)

i love this one so much, that i may begin a line similar to this...simple, womanly, yet organic and rustic all at the same time!
